Andy is a strategically focused executive with extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working with key internal and external stakeholders. A driven leader with an established record in managing complex environments and significantly growing enterprise value. Very strong in budgets, cash forecasts, business valuations, acquisitions, cash flow management and critical reasoning.
With a strong background in finance, sales and marketing, his range of experience includes managing all aspects of financial reporting, annual/strategic planning, risk management, human resources and treasury management. A dynamic leader and effective communicator, he possesses strong project management, team building, and problem-solving skills.
A father of five energetic children, Andy spends most weekends on athletic fields.
Patrick M. McDonough, Managing Partner
Pat is a strategically focused professional with a proven track record of driving business results. He has built national operations from the ground-up and led existing organizations to substantial growth and improvement.
With a strong background in creating value through launching companies, new lines of business, new products and new markets, Pat possesses strong strategy, project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Passionate about giving back, Pat is active in various charities and has been on mission trips to the mountains of Virginia and the jungles of Barbados.
Christopher J. Vogt, Managing Partner
Chris is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience working with corporate leadership, project teams and operating units of businesses in a variety of industries and disciplines. A results-focused leader with a strong sense of strategic vision, Chris has a demonstrated ability to align near-term processes and procedures with long term organizational goals to deliver significant incremental value to the organization and its stakeholders. He is comfortable operating in highly technical areas under compressed timelines.
Deep experience in finance and management drives specific expertise in areas of treasury operations, supply chain management, financial and strategic planning and corporate development efforts. Energetic and detailed, he is an effective leader and team member who is eager to take ownership of challenges and the opportunities they create.
A vintage car enthusiast, Chris can be found on the weekend tinkering on his various car restoration projects.
Steven M. Abbott, Managing Partner
Steve is a multi-faceted professional with a wide variety of experiences in both public and private companies who is able to move seamlessly across disciplines. His range of experiences includes capital markets, internal and external financial reporting, accounting operations, systems development and financial modeling. Steve is never content with meeting only the minimum requirements for a project, instead focusing on the next stage of a company's required development.
He is an effective leader and communicator and possesses considerable problem-solving and analytical skills. Steve joined Howard Roark Consulting in July 2011.
Married to his high school sweetheart for over twenty-five blissful years, Steve's passions include wine, music, travel and his three dysfunctional rescue dogs.
